Kendall D. Isaac has served as general counsel for both public and private colleges and universities, where he has been instrumental in matters related to education law. His extensive experience also includes roles as chief of staff, Board secretary, chief human resource officer, litigator, law professor, mediator, arbitrator, and claims adjuster. These diverse experiences, which include litigating both defense and plaintiff side employment law matters, have equipped him with the skills necessary for effective negotiation and dispute resolution. He graduated from The Ohio State University with a B.A. in rhetorical communications, from Capital University Law School with a J.D. focused on labor and employment, and Columbus State University with an Ed.D. in curriculum and leadership.
